Information for Dealers

There are currently 8 Dealer's Tables available for reservation.

How to Register as a Dealer:

In our online registration system, a "Dealer registration" is actually the same thing as any other type of registration, except that it has an associated reserved table in the dealers den. In order to register for All Fur Fun as a dealer, do the following:

  1. Create an account on this website.
  2. Click "My Account" in the upper-left corner.
  3. Click "Register for the Convention"
  4. Fill out your information and press "Submit".
  5. You are now registered for the convention as a regular attendee!
  6. Click "My Account" in the upper-left corner.
  7. Click "Reserve Art Panels, Dealer Tables, etc."
  8. Enter the number of dealer tables you wish to reserve. You can also reserve art show panels, or buy ice cream social tickets on this screen. Click "Submit."
  9. You are now registered for the convention as a dealer!

Again, while you don't necessarily need to pay for your reserved tables immediately, please do so within two weeks of the date you reserved them. See "Table Reservations" below for more information.

Dealer's Den Hours:

The Dealer's Den schedule has not yet been set, but will be posted here once it is decided.

(Please see the full schedule for more information.)

We encourage you to show up early so you can set up your table as soon as possible. However, you can set up at any time during the convention, so long as you don't disrupt other dealers and guests. We hope to have power available to all of the tables, but we cannot guarantee this at this time. Please let us know as soon as possible if you will need access to an outlet.

Rules:

  1. You can sell any furry-related merchandise in the Dealer's Den so long as it is legal to sell in the state of Washington, and it is either (a) your own original work, or (b) you are the authorized reseller of the work. NO PIRATED MATERIALS! This means you may not sell copies of movies, magazines, comics, artwork, etc., (commercially or privately available) unless you have been authorized by the copyright holder of said material.

  2. Any adult-rated items must be clearly marked as such and must be appropriately censored - we are likely to have minors walking through the Den at any time. Adult artwork must be placed in a separate, clearly marked binder and as concealed from public view as possible. You may not sell or show adult materials to minors, who will have specially marked badges. Dealer's Den staff will make periodic sweeps to ensure compliance.

  3. Please keep the aisleways clear - stay behind your table while you are attending it.

  4. If you need to leave your table and do not have an assistant to stay at your table while you're gone, please let the Dealer's Den manager know and we will assign a volunteer to keep watch over your table until you return.

  5. Smoking is not allowed in any public place in the hotel, pursuant to Washington state law.

  6. Final authority for all decisions related to the Dealer's Den rests in the hands of the Dealer's Den manager. His or her decisions are final and are not subject to appeal.

Failure to abide by these rules may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the convention without refund, and (when necessary) a call to the local or state authorities. These rules also apply to the Artist's Alley.

Sales and Taxes:

The State of Washington requires us to report all sales at our convention and to pay taxes on these sales. Since All Fur Fun is acting as a business agent for its dealers, we will have staff come around at the end of each day and record your total sales, then assess sales tax on your sales. It is up to you whether or not to pass this tax on to your customers. Current Washington Sales Tax is 8.6% in the city of Spokane.

To pay your tax liability to All Fur Fun, you will be given a form to fill out with your total receipts (we strongly recommend that you have a receipt book or spreadsheet handy to record your sales). The staff member will then calculate the tax charge and inform you of the amount, which you will then be required to pay to the staff member. You can pay your tax in the form of cash or check at this time. Sorry, we will not accept post-convention payment of this tax.

Table Reservations:

Our Dealers tables this year are available for $50 dollars. Dealers are allowed to reserve up to two tables before the convention. If you need more than two tables, please contact us to work out special arrangements. Since resources are limited, in order to keep your reservations, your account must be paid in full within two weeks of when you make the reservation. We will make a reasonable attempt to contact you and resolve any outstanding account balances, and we will keep track of what you have paid for. If we are unable to resolve your account and have not made special payment arrangements with you ahead of time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservations and release your dealer tables (and any art show panels) so that others may reserve them.

Additionally, you will be required to sign a Dealer Agreement form before you receive your tables. You can either request this form from us ahead of the convention, or you can sign it when you receive your badge at the convention itself.

If you need to make special payment arrangements with us, please contact us, and we will be happy to work with you.

We also have 5.5 General-Audiences Art Show panels and 1.5 Adult Art Show panels available for reservation. For more information and policies regarding the Art Show, please read our Art Show Information page. You do not have to have a Dealer Table in order to place art in the Art Show, or vice versa.

If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us at any time.

This policy is subject to change with or without notice.
