You can use certain secure portions of the website to register for the convention, reserve space and materials, and update your account preferences. We collect the following personal identifying information for convention use ONLY:

- Nickname or Alias

- Mailing Address
- Phone Numbers (optional)
- Birth Date (for age verification)
The All Fur Fun website also allows you to submit information about other people. For example, if you register your family members or friends, you will need to submit personal identifying information about these people as well. In these circumstances, the information we collect is the same as for yourself, except that we do not request an email address.
While using the website, your IP address is also securely logged along with your actions.
The Information We Do NOT Collect
Aside from the information listed above, we do NOT collect any other personal identifying information about our users. This website enables you to use PayPal to make secure payments for con registration — however, your financial information is only collected and stored by PayPal itself, and is not relayed to All Fur Fun.
All personal identifying information submitted to the All Fur Fun website is stored securely and is only accessible to the user who submitted it, and to All Fur Fun staff. No one who is not authorized to view your account information will have access to it. Also, we do not share this information with outside parties (for example, we do not sell or distribute our list of email address to spammers).
When you register for the convention, we give you the option to allow your name and/or alias to be displayed publicly on the website, to let others know you are planning to come. This is a completely optional step and is not selected for you by default.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive, and if you choose, to send updated information about the convention via a limited mailing list. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You are not required to submit personal identifying information to use the All Fur Fun website or subscribe our Mailing List.
We reserve the right to send important email messages to individual users at any time. However, these messages will only be sent in circumstances where it is necessary — for example, to notify you of any major account changes.
We use aggregate, non-identifying information to work with the hotel to confirm con space, including notifying the hotel of how many individuals are registered. However, we do not disclose the names or other information of our registrants to the hotel. (This also means we do not make hotel reservations for our guests unless we have made private arrangements with the guest in question.) Aggregate information may also be displayed on the website.
The All Fur Fun website also securely logs user IP address information to keep track of who is using the website when and in what ways. This enables us to more effectively troubleshoot any problems that may occur for a particular user, as well as to monitor for any attempts to compromise security or other inappropriate use of the website. This information may be used in conjunction with any complaints we receive from our users or outside parties — however, personal identifying information will never be shared with outside parties (except in very limited circumstances as required by law.)
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
